I will keep track of the hours you have purchased and let you know when those hours have been depleted. Hours will be used in 15-minute increments so if you have just one question, you may wish to save it until you have several questions to be answered all at once.
Please note - I will be using the most up to date version of Adobe Captivate. If you use an earlier release there may be some features that I have access to that you do not. Remind me if you are using an earlier release.
